Attack of the Vine! released on July 17, and in our set guide we called the duo cards the set’s signature pulls. Two and a half weeks of market data later, the top of the set is duo after duo: Belle and Beast, Lilo and Stitch, Pooh and Piglet, Woody and Buzz, Mickey and Minnie. A word on the four-figure cards before anything else. Almost no copies of an Iconic change hands in a given week, so a single sale can move the number a long way. Treat the top two prices as a guide, not a quote, and lean on the price history graph on each card page. As always, these are prices for raw, Near Mint, ungraded singles, which is what EvoMarket deals in.
The Iconics sit on top
Iconic is Lorcana’s scarcest tier, above Enchanted, and Attack of the Vine has just four of them. Three made the table. Belle & Beast, Certain as the Sun leads the entire set at $2,350, which for a card with that name feels like truth in advertising. Tale as old as time, price as new as this week. Lilo & Stitch holds second at $1,656, and Sulley & Boo rounds out the trio at $297, a gap that shows how much the first two characters carry.
The Enchanted spread, and one card climbing
The set guide pointed out that 30 Enchanted prints spread the value across more cards instead of stacking it on two or three chases, and that is exactly how the table reads. Eight Enchanteds land between $150 and $900, led by Winnie The Pooh & Piglet, Hunny Mages at $852. It is also the one card in the table climbing hard, up about 22 percent this week. Turns out the hunny pot is not the only thing that keeps filling up.
Woody & Buzz at $395 and Mickey & Minnie at $344 give the middle of the table a floor, and Mike Wazowski, Heroic Climber proves a solo card can still hang with the duos when the character is right.
The vine cards are holding their own
The corrupted "Created by the Vine" printings were the set’s big story going in, and Scar is the one that stuck at the top end, an Enchanted at $154. Why did everyone already know which corruption to chase? They heard it through the grapevine.
How to buy the set right now
- Match the exact printing. Most of these characters also exist as ordinary rares at a tiny fraction of these prices. Check the card number and rarity on the listing so you are buying the print you mean to.
