Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or placing an order on EvoMarket, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

2. Marketplace role

EvoMarket is a marketplace. We connect buyers with third-party sellers — local game stores and online sellers. We don’t own the cards listed for sale and don’t inspect them prior to shipment.

3. Seller fees

Sellers pay 8% of the item subtotal plus a flat $0.30 per shipment. Fees are deducted from the payout at the time of payment capture. We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days’ notice to active sellers.

4. Buyer obligations

Buyers agree to pay the full order total at checkout and to provide accurate shipping information. Charges are processed via Stripe.

5. Returns and disputes

Cards that arrive damaged or in worse condition than the seller listed can be disputed within 7 days of delivery. We’ll mediate between buyer and seller and may issue partial or full refunds at our discretion.

6. Prohibited activity

No counterfeit cards, no listings outside our supported games, no shilling your own listings, no harassment of buyers or sellers via messaging.

7. Account termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. Pending payouts will be released after any open disputes resolve.

8. Liability

EvoMarket’s liability is limited to the amounts you’ve paid through the platform in the prior 6 months. We don’t warrant uptime, search-result accuracy, or third-party seller conduct.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are emailed to active accounts at least 14 days before they take effect.
