Every order placed on EvoMarket is covered by our refund-and-replace promise. Buy with confidence — if something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.
Item not as described
Wrong card, condition worse than listed, or any other mismatch from the listing — file a claim within 7 days for a full refund.
Item never arrives
Tracking shows undelivered and the seller can't resolve? Full refund, no questions.
Damaged in transit
Photos of the package + the card, within 7 days of delivery, and we'll partial-refund or replace from the seller's stock.
Refund & return policy
File a claim within 7 days of delivery via support@evolvedmarket.com with your order ID and photos. We mediate between buyer and seller and aim to resolve every claim within 5 business days.
Refunds go to your original payment method. If the seller can’t ship a replacement and a refund isn’t possible for technical reasons, EvoMarket steps in to make the buyer whole directly.
Returns of correctly-described cards (e.g., buyer’s remorse) are at the seller’s discretion. Many sellers accept them within 30 days; the listing page calls it out.
What we don’t cover
- Damage caused after the card is delivered to the buyer.
- Disputes filed more than 7 days after delivery.
- Off-platform transactions — only orders placed through EvoMarket checkout are covered.
