For buyers
- How does the Cart Optimizer save me money?
- Shipping is free when a seller's portion of your order is $5 or more, and a flat $0.99 from that seller when it's under $5. So a cart spanning three sellers (where one is over $5 and two are under) pays $1.98 in shipping. The Cart Optimizer checks every active listing for your wantlist and finds the combination that minimizes item subtotal + per-seller shipping — sometimes routing items to push a seller past the $5 free-shipping threshold saves more than buying the absolute cheapest copy of every card.
- Do you sell graded cards (PSA, BGS, CGC)?
- No. EvoMarket is a raw-singles marketplace — we don't list, ship, or accept slabbed/graded cards. Every listing is an ungraded card rated by the seller using the standard NM / LP / MP / HP / DMG condition scale. If you're shopping for graded inventory, it's outside our scope.
- What conditions can I buy in?
- Every listing is rated NM / LP / MP / HP / DMG by the seller. The browse filter lets you scope to a minimum condition, and the optimizer accepts an 'acceptable condition' tolerance per card so you can trade condition for price. See our card-condition guide for what each tier looks like.
- How long does shipping take?
- Sellers ship within 2 business days of payment. Most orders arrive via USPS Ground Advantage in 3-5 business days. Tracking is added to your order page when the seller marks the shipment as shipped.
- What if a card arrives damaged?
- Reach out to support@evolvedmarket.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll work with the seller to make it right — usually a partial refund or a replacement from their stock.
For sellers
- What does EvoMarket charge?
- 8% of the item subtotal plus a flat $0.30 per shipment. That's it. No listing fees, no buyer-side platform fee, no payment processing markup. You see exactly what you'll net before listing.
- Can I list graded / slabbed cards?
- Not at this time. EvoMarket is a raw-singles marketplace — we don't accept PSA / BGS / CGC slabs or any other graded inventory. Stick to ungraded cards rated on the standard NM / LP / MP / HP / DMG scale.
- How fast do I get paid?
- Payouts release after the buyer's order is confirmed delivered, plus a short hold: 7 days for orders under $500, 14 days for orders $500 and up. The hold window funds buyer protection on lost or damaged shipments. You can see the exact release date for every pending payout on your seller dashboard before you even buy the label, and money goes through Stripe Connect straight to your linked bank.
- Can I sync my existing inventory from Shopify / BinderPOS / ShipStation?
- Yes — connect once on the Integrations page and your inventory flows in. Stock changes propagate automatically. SortSwift sync is on the roadmap.
- Is there an API?
- Yes. Mint a key from Sell → API Keys. The public API supports catalog read, listing management, and order webhooks. Docs at /docs/api.
