Accessibility

Last updated: July 1, 2026

Our commitment

EvoMarket wants everyone to be able to buy and sell trading card singles, regardless of ability. We’re working to make the site usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, and other assistive technologies, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time task.

Standard we aim for

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines are also the benchmark commonly referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We regularly review the site against them and fix issues as we find them.

Measures we’ve taken

  • A “skip to content” link and consistent page landmarks.
  • Keyboard access to interactive controls, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Labels on form fields, and status/error messages that are announced to screen readers.
  • Color-contrast targets for body text and interface elements.
  • Respect for the “reduce motion” system setting, which turns off decorative animation.
  • Focus handling for dialogs (the image zoom and account menu keep keyboard focus inside while open and return it when closed).
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images, and support for browser zoom.

Known limitations

We’re candid that the site isn’t perfect. Some areas are still being improved, and a few components provided by third parties (for example, sign-in through Clerk and payment through Stripe) are outside our direct control, though those providers maintain their own accessibility programs. If you hit a barrier we haven’t caught, we want to hear about it.

Report a problem

If any part of EvoMarket is difficult to use with assistive technology, email support@evolvedmarket.com with the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within 5 business days and will work with you to provide the information or complete the task another way while we fix the underlying issue.

This statement reflects ongoing work and will be updated as the site improves. It isn’t a legal certification of compliance.
